Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Paul leads Nervecentre with a passion for how mobile technology can improve patient safety by allowing clinicians to work together more effectively, sharing information and collaborating to unleash the full potential of the clinical skills available.
Paul founded Nervecentre Software in 2010 to address the absence of strong clinical collaboration tools in the market. Too often clinicians relied upon a bleep pager for simple communication, leading to significant delays in patient care and huge inefficiencies.
Paul’s background combines strong technical roles and sales and business development roles for blue chip organisations such as Cisco Systems. Whilst in Cisco Paul doubled the sales of collaboration technologies into healthcare by leading a transformation towards selling the clinical benefits of the technologies, for which Paul was awarded the coveted Chairmans’s Club award.
As a life long technology fan, Paul believes technology is most effective when it is simple enough that anyone can use, and Paul brings this focus into the product development of Nervecentre.
