Who We Work With

Nervecentre Software have partnerships with over 30 NHS Trusts across the UK providing a whole hospital platform that can deliver electronic observations, handover, task management and clinical assessments; and allows governance and escalation management to be added to any hospital process.

This map shows a selection of our NHS contracts across England.

“With up to 600 patients each day through our Emergency Department, switching to a new electronic workflow and patient information system in the department with a big step up for us, one that we successfully achieved  through great team-work between ICT teams, clinical staff and Nervecentre.

It was important that we updated our Emergency Department systems to provide a clinically focused platform to support the work of our Emergency Department staff, and provide a fully integrated experience across the hospital, where our clinicians already use Nervecentre extensively for electronic observations, handover and hospital at night. This allows us to create a single platform to manage patients through their journey with us.”

John Clarke, Chief Information Officer, University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust

“This project with Nervecentre has allowed us to accelerate the implementation of our digital strategy by giving the community hospital ward nurses the ability to enter vital signs data electronically and risk assessments by using mobile devices.”

Jude Smith, Head of Nursing, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (Community Health Services)

“The implementation of the Hospital at Night system has hugely improved efficiency and has meant significant improvements in the patient experience”

Caroline Chapman, Consultant Nurse for acuity out of hours, Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust

“The deployment of Nervecentre Software means that we can reduce the burden of paperwork for nurses and clinicians, releasing more time to spend with patients. The use of mobile technology also allows doctors and nurses to have all the tools and information at hand to be able to respond rapidly and effectively to deteriorating patients. Plus, the 24/7 ‘real time’ functionality of the system will ensure continuous patient care from the moment they are admitted through to their discharge.”
