Nervecentre Software Ltd, a pioneer in the field of Healthcare Collaboration and Workforce Optimisation, today announced that Cisco Gold Partner and Healthcare specialist Block Solutions has become the first UK reseller to achieve Silver Partner status. Silver Partner status recognises the ability of Block to implement Nervecentre to the highest standard. This further strengthens Block’s position as a leading provider of consultancy and collaboration services into the Healthcare market.
”The Nervecentre solution is unique and has the potential to help Acute Trusts safely reduce costs in a number of areas.” says Jonathan Pickering, Managing Director, Block Solutions. “This is exactly the type of solution our customers want us to bring to them. One that leverages their existing investment in Cisco technology and makes a real difference to how Hospital’s prioritise their work. We have already installed this in several Trusts demonstrating its quality and we are very pleased to be the first company to reach this status.”
Nervecentre uses mobile devices such as Cisco WiFi Phones or Blackberry Handsets to provide hospitals with the ability to manage processes and people. This can be used for teams such as Hospital at Night or hospital porters, or can be used to remove delay from specific processes such as patient discharge. By improving and governing communication, unnecessary delay can be removed and performance can be measured and tracked to help a hospital understand their staffing needs.
Paul Volkaerts, Managing Director of Nervecentre says Block are exactly the right kind of partner for Nervecentre. “They are technically excellent and their consultants really understand what is important to hospital clinicians and management. With this type of product you need to be able to talk to the clinical staff about their needs and priorities; and this is an area in which Block excel. I’m delighted to be able to reward their hard work and investment in training.”
Block Solutions can discuss and demonstrate the capabilities of Nervecentre at their London office.
