Congratulations to Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board on the successful launch of EPMA. They are the ninth NHS provider to go live, with seven more committed to electronic prescribing journeys with us.

Assistant Director of Digital Transformation, Suzanne Rodgers, said: ”This is a significant milestone for Cwm Taf Morgannwg, and it reflects the dedication and collaboration of so many people across our organisation, Nervecentre and DHCW. It is a testament to what can be achieved when we all work together. This achievement doesn’t just represent the implementation of a new digital system, it represents a meaningful step forward in improving patient safety, enhancing clinical workflows, and modernising the way we deliver patient care. I would like to thank everyone for their commitment, teamwork, and professionalism. Our teams should be incredibly proud of what they’ve delivered and the difference they are making to patient care within the Health Board.”

Emma Thomas, Ward Manager, said, “The EPMA go‑live has been a really positive experience for our ward. Many of the staff have told me it’s been much easier to adapt to than they expected. The level of support we’ve received has been exceptional – truly above and beyond – and the team have felt well supported throughout. Our nurses have genuinely enjoyed being part of the process. The communication and on‑hand guidance have been incredibly reassuring, helping us feel confident every step of the way.”
